The role includes:

Working with both qualified carpenters and apprentices. Liaising with supervisors about site progress, materials required, job schedules. Communicating progress with clients in a friendly and courteous manner. Encouraging team members in their work and assisting the team to meet time and budget goals. Participating in team meetings and activities.
